Where do you stand with drugs ?

Are you really doing fine ?

You’ve been using substances (lawful or unlawful) to party for a few weeks, months or years, more or less regularly depending on the time…

A few landmarks to help you get a clearer view and question your own use.

I couldn't stand a weekend without partying.

Before the party, I get in the mood with beers and spliffs.

I can't face the comedown without taking another prouct to ease the effects.

I have already failed to party without substances.

I always take several substances during a party.

When I party, I'm more focused on taking more product than enjoying the one I already took.

Even if I get the effects I'm looking for from a product, I keep taking more...

Even if I am not in the right conditions (depression, tiredness, surroundings...), I use drugs whenever I can...

Whenever I learn about a new product, I want to try it.

I have already experienced debilitating delusions on drugs.

I can't keep count how the products I take during a night.

I have trouble focusing on an activity (work, reading...) and to incorporate new information.

My use overflows parties, the limits I had set.

I run out of energy to do things I used to do before.

I have short term memory problems.

I sometimes do drugs alone.

Studies, work don't motivate me anymore.

The week is tasteless, I'm ony waiting for the weekend.

My current friends are all users like me; the others have no point, I have nothing to say to them.

My relatives complain about my use.

I gave up on all my activites (cultural, sports) little by little and stopped seeing old friends.

I have trouble sleeping, I regularly take medicine to sleep.

I have lost a lot of weight since I started doing drugs.

I am always tired.

I easily get sick (cold, bronchitis...)

People say I am irritable, sometimes paranoid.

I sometimes get anxiety attacks and I can't figure out why...

I have burns, painful ejaculation, infections, frequent gynaecological problems : irregular periods, recurrent vaginal mycoses, irritations, urinary infections...

My sexual performance and desire are downwards.
